All international inquiries pertaining to Harrison LNG LP, Golden Triangle LP, Sabine Pass LP, LNG contract shipments, LNG Stage 1-Trains 1-3, Bechtel related FEED and FID decisions on construction may be addressed to Robert Tu and the LNG Planning Department in Houston, Texas.
Notice to foreign corporate entities and sovereign wealth entities who are investors: Texas limited partnership law and the Texas Business Code-“BOC” under Title 4, Chapters 151-153, Article 2, requires [1] registered agent, [2] registered office: “The registered agent can be either [option A] a domestic entity or a foreign entity that is registered to do business in Texas or [option B] an individual resident of the state of Texas.
The limited partnership “LP” and limited liability partnership “LLP”, cannot act as its own registered agent, do not enter the limited partnership name as the name of the registered agent.
All Texas limited partnerships must register with the Texas Secretary of State, Comptroller Office, and file annual reports with secretary of state, no later than June 1 of each calendar year.”
Filers may use SOSUpload to electronically submit a PDF copy of each completed and executed document. Fees for filing Certificate of Formation are set at $750. Notarization is not required.

For security reasons we do not permit walk-in visitors, and we do not meet in person with sales and marketing personnel.
